Dotty Zamora
Zamora says that walking around the family ranch in the Rio Grande valley, she learned to keep her eyes on the ground watching for rattlesnakes.
That rough terrain of her childhood appears as the ground for her many works in wax emulsion she has been producing ever since she earned her MFA in painting at TCU and then moved back to south Texas to teach painting at Texas A&M International University in Laredo.
The Upstairs Gallery is pleased to show the work of Dotty.
